Black Tea

Black tea is a bold choice. It has a distinctly dark and malty flavour, with a hint of nuts. So, if you like a stronger choice with a strong aroma, this is certainly a good choice. 

White Tea 

White tea is a sweeter choice than others and is often described as a delicate type of tea. You will usually experience white tea as having a more fruity or herbal taste. It’s definitely softer than some of the other options and is ideal for those who are looking for something light. No milk or sugar, please. 

Green Tea 

Green tea has been described in a number of ways. Usually, you will experience a fresh taste. While some are sweet, if you have steamed green tea, it can also be rather bittersweet (Japanese teas). The most common comment about green tea is that it is bitter! This is most often caused by using fresh boiling water a big no, no for any of the lighter colour teas. Around 80C is best.

Each has its own unique flavour, and are usually sweetened by natural products. Chamomile is one of the most common and widely loved herbal teas. A never-ending study of herbal teas shows that each herb has been used for many thousands of years as a medicine and is now coming back into favour as we move away for synthetic pills and potions? 

Fruit Tea 

If you are searching for something refreshing, natural, full of flavour and sugar-free, fruit tea could be the ideal choice. It's sweet but not with the same intensity as other sugary drinks on the market. Can be drunk hot, cold, over ice, or even made into ice cubes!
