Put Your Body in Balance with Ayurvedic Teas

Inspired by one of the oldest Indian medicines, Ayurvedic teas are aimed at promoting inner harmony and natural balance.

What is Ayurdevic medicine?

Ayurvedic medicine, also known as Ayurveda, is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems. It is said to have developed more than 3,000 years ago in India and is based on the belief that your health and wellness depends on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.

The word ‘Ayurveda’ comes from the ancient Sanskrit language and means ‘knowledge of life and longevity’. It is believed that the main theoretical ideas of Ayurveda were developed in the mid-first millennium BC, and there are similarities with both the Buddhism and Jainism religions.

The three main principles (Doshas) are responsible for the control of all the processes and functions in the body. Vata, Pitta and Kapha are the main factors of Ayurvedic teachings and responsible for all positive or negative changes in the body. To be healthy you need to have all your Doshas in balance.

What are Ayurvedic teas?

Ayurveda Stay in Balance: organic flavoured herbal infusion which has fine chocolate notes with sweet lavender.

Ayurveda Light My Flame: a warming infusion of spicy ginger, fruity lemon and refreshing mint.
