Black Sencha Organic Tea
Black Sencha Organic Tea. The origin of black Sencha lies in the province of Zhejiang. The tea leaves are treated with an elaborate oxidation technique before they are finally dried.
This makes the tea somewhat less “green” in taste, but pleasantly smooth, with a delicate spiciness.
Amount of tea per cup: 1 heaped teaspoon.
Brewing time: Use fresh boiling water and brew for 4 to 5 minutes.
