Formosa Ruby Brick
This Formosa Ruby Brick tea is hand pressed by artisans into small square shaped bricks. These are joined together, as shown in the picture, into one large brick. You can then break off one piece, weighing approximately 3g, each time you want to brew some tea (remember this can make two or three brews). Produces a light brown liquor with flavours of pine.
Use freshly boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes from boil, and brew for 3-5 minutes.
