Rooibos is grown in fields and only thrives in and around the Cederberg mountains close to the Cape of South Africa.

With its natural creamy taste, the rooibos compliments the lemony zing of bergamot perfectly.

Cup Colour: amber.
Ingredients:  Rooibos, bergamot pieces, natural bergamot oil.
Amount per cup: 1 heaped teaspoon.
Brewing time: Use freshly drawn water at 100C for 5 to 8 minutes.
