Oolong Ti Dung Tea
Oolong Ti Dung is Taiwan’s best-known Oolong tea and, alongside Chinese Ti Guan Yin, it is probably the world’s most widely dispersed.
It is produced in the Dong Ding Mountain range, in the areas around the tea community of Lugu in the Nan Tou region. The district has a cool, misty and humid climate that is perfect for tea cultivation. Oolong Ti Dung is one of the mildest and softest Oolong teas, due to its greenness and sparse oxidation.
Like all light Oolong teas, it is extremely floral, with clear lily aromas, sometimes reminiscent of jasmine. But there is a certain herbaceous tone that prevents the floral tones from taking over completely. Often thought to have a soft chocolate or spice flavour as it lingers in the mouth. Such a light and elegant tea is at its very best without accompanying snacks, but it is also good with simple desserts and mild fish or seafood dishes.
Cup Colour: green.
Amount of tea per cup: 1 heaped teaspoon.
Brewing time: Use freshly drawn water at 90C ~ 95C for 2 to 3 minutes.

Oolong Ti Dung 100 grams
I love Taiwanese oolongs and this is a really delicious one. The bright green leaves give a pale tea and a herbier flavour on the first pour, it gets darker and sweet on subsequent pours. It can be refreshed at least 3 times during the day. A tea to treat yourself to on a Sunday when you will be sloping around the house and enjoying life.
