Beetroot powder is rich in vitamins and minerals that are important to our daily diet. These include vitamin C, vitamin B6, magnesium, iron and potassium. All of which are essential to the makeup of our bodily function.
The recommended dosage is 3-6gm a day, or ⅛ teaspoon and slowly building up to ½ a teaspoon, or more. Beetroot powder can be added to smoothies, juices, water, curries, stews, soups, yoghurt or even made into a tea.
