China Cui Min White Tips Organic Tea. Picked by hand during March and April, this Cui Min is produced only using the first fresh buds together with the youngest still unopened leaves.
The careful processing by hand results in an outstanding white tea that shows lightly tart berry notes and elegant, sweet nuances to finish.
The brewed tea appears bright, clear, and with a light yellow colour in the cup.
White teas are usually hardly handled after picking in order to preserve the velvety fluff on the underside of the leaves. However, the leaves for our Cui Min are briefly fired to partially dry them before they are carefully rolled by hand in a hot pan, followed by final drying to create the finished tea you can enjoy.
