Fennel Seed Organic ~ Foeniculum vulgare var.dulce

As the yellow fennel flowers are dried they release hundreds of tiny, sweet fennel seeds.

Once brewed it gives an invigorating aniseed-like flavour drink. Has a soothing effect on the stomach and intestine and may also decrease flatulence.

Naturally caffeine free.

Brew: Steep for 10 to 15 mins depending on taste, use fresh boiling water.
