Jasmine Blossoms/Petals

Jasmine is a popular garden plant due to its fragrant flowers and it's long bloom time mid-summer into autumn. The fresh flowers are distilled to produce perfume and essential oil, the dried flowers lend colour and some light scent to herbal teas and potpourri.

Physical Form: Pale yellow buds and petals. 

Country of Origin: China 

As a general guide use one to two teaspoons of dried herb or mixture of herbs to a cupful of water.  Place the herb in a saucepan, pour on the water, cover with a lid and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes before straining.
