Dian Hong (Chinese Yunnan) Black Tea. Harvested in early spring in the high mountains Yunnan, from trees with a minimum age of 200 years, this hand crafted curled leaf tea gives a stunning red brown liquor with soft notes of rich caramel and chocolate.
Cup Colour: red ~ brown.
Amount of tea per cup: 1 heaped teaspoon.
Brewing time: 2 to 3 minutes.
Temperature: Use fresh boiling water. Or experiment and use water at 90C and taste the difference.
